MT3705 XP DRIVER
Has anyone came up with a solution or driver for this “device”? You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. After I use it more and learn more about its features I am sure more disparities between the 2 will emerge. The flex seems to be worse towards the edges of the keyboard. I imagen that if I could get a specific list of what the hardware is in this computer, finding XP drivers shouldn’t be all to hard.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I’m not too sure. See also if you can set the video chip to program controlled anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering. At least my 74 yr old dad won’t have to struggle now when I ship him his new laptop: I can understand your need for wireless. The screen shows no wobble when pushed, and the hinges, while plastic, do feel sturdy. Disconnect the device from your computer.
I actually set this up as a dual boot machine. I wasn’t sure if I should start a new thread or not for my similiar dilemma. Actually it is as simple as that. StomperX – I’ve been following your questions on the web and have responded to them. I’ve looked on the Gateway site and they only seem to have the modem device driver for Vista.

Navigate down into the Netgear folder in the Programs folder on the root of hard drive and you should be able to find a file in there called ‘NETMW I managed ,t3705 get all the drivers except for the Media Card Reader. He doesn’t have to go to the toilet while waiting for Vista to boot up and being nagged constantly by Vista virus and bugs. The link above for the Marvell Yukon drivers does not work. I think the screen looks good, especially next to my IBM T41, but it does have a stuck pixel on the right side in the middle.
First, it wouldn’t boot up telling I had no hard-drive Vista will lose all saved Tm3705 Restore points every time you boot into another operating system. I think that overall I got a good deal on the laptop. Create a restore point just in case you have to go back. Thanks for the link, you saved me a TON of hassle!

Joehahn, since mine and yours are the same model, can you send me the driver of the Broadcom BCM? I am no power user, but so far the main differences between Vista and XP I notice are the graphics.
Pretty standard stuff, there are no extra volume or other media control buttons like on some other consumer notebooks out there. All drivers work and everything is functional now as far as i know. Bluetooth and Infrared are not included.

Go to ht tp: Mf3705 you use a mouse and are right handed, this may be an issue for you.
